Can you believe Caitlynn is already 2.5 months old? She will be 11 weeks this Thursday! Things in our house are going really well. Cait tends to sleep 6-8 hours at night which is wonderful and she does really well throughout the day. She is growing like a weed! I am sure she weighs between 11 & 12# now. She is really good at holding her head up and she LOVES to be sitting or standing and watching what is going on around her. We got her an exersaucer and she has been in it a few times. She isn't quite ready for it yet. He uses her Bumbo with a pillow behind her head and she likes to be in the Snugli facing out.
I go back to work April 25th but will only be working through May 1st as I've given my notice and am going to stay home with Caitlynn. I am really looking forward to it.
It has finally started to warm up around here which is nice, especially since Cait is outgrowing her warmer clothes. Plus, she sleeps better at night when it is warm during the day. Last week I took Cait to the zoo for the first time. She slept the whole time, but I enjoyed it. It will be in to take her as she gets older.
Caitlynn went on her first road trip the first weekend of April. She got to meet her Great Grandparents, Great Uncle, and Super Great Aunt and Uncle. We went to visit them with my mom and Cait did a great job traveling! It eases my mind for whenever we go visit other family.
I can't think of much else to write. I will try to get back to blogging at least weekly about what is going on. I am figuring out how to get things done with Caitlynn around. Slowly but surely I am getting the hang of it.
