15 Weeks! In 5 more weeks, (so a month plus 1) we'll be half way! Last weekend Brett cleared out the nursery (mostly). We donated the twin bed, mattress, and bedding to a local thrift store benefiting the Boys & Girls Clubs of Springfield. We then surprised my mom and put our treadmill at her house. She's been asking about having the treadmill for quite a while, and since it needed to leave our house to make room for Baby, we gave it to her (just happened to be her Birthday). Next up, Brett plans to finish the guest room and get it put back together and then get started on the Nursery.
We talked some more about diapers this week, and since we're doing cloth, we were looking at the Cloth Babies website (they make BumGenius diapers which we plan to use). While browsing that website I discovered you can set up a registry on that site. I'm pretty excited about that, and we're going to work on getting that set up. That'll leave 3 registries total, with one primarily dedicated to diapers and diaper necessities.
We have a Babies"R"Us - Baby Registry
We have a Target Registry
We also started a MyRegistry.com Registry where you can find our Target Registry and Cotton Babies Registry in one place. You will have to access the Babies "R" Us Registry separately.
I have been feeling well and can't complain. Everything seems to be going well. I haven't noticed any kicking or flutters, but then again, I may not actually know if I've felt flutters (since I don't know what that feels like). I have had some heartburn, but that's okay. I also occasionally have "stabbing" pain which I have decided is Baby P sticking their limbs into me. Could be muscle stretching... who knows. I'm just enjoying being pregnant :)
There really hasn't been much else going on this week. Just working to get the nursery ready, one step at a time. Brett did make me a Carrot Cake this week because I've been wanting a piece of Carrot Cake for about a week. I plan to enjoy my 1st piece shortly after I finish this post.
With that, here is this weeks photo:
Until Next Time,
~Sam~
