We have hit 21 weeks. This week we had our "big" ultra sound where they do the anatomy scan. Others use this opportunity to find out what they're having.... We continue to enjoy the surprise of not knowing. We did get to see Baby P's brain, hands, feet, ribs? Spine, heart, arms, legs, and stomach. The baby is very active and moves around a lot. I don't feel it much but that is because the placenta is in the front of the baby so it will take longer for me to feel its movements. Right now baby weighs 15oz and is progressing right on schedule. The doctor had no concerns and said all looks good. We won't have another ultrasound again unless we get close o the due date and there is no progression.
We continue to work on the nursery to get it ready. Some days it seems never ending. But, we are making great progress. We have had a good week here. Yesterday was Brett's birthday and we spent the day doing things for him. Got to go to a Missouri State Baseball game which was a lot of fun. Bears won!
Here are some pictures for you. 1st, the week 21 photo. The profile of baby, baby with arm over its head, and The spine, I will update again next week.
Until Next Time~
~Sam~
